People
Akshay Mane
Akshay is a founding member of SEVA Foundation, holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work and a management diploma from Tata Dhan Academy, Madurai. With over a decade of experience, he has worked with DHAN Foundation, Foundation for Ecological Security, and The Goat Trust. His expertise includes community organization, livelihood promotion, and institutional development, with a focus on poverty reduction, institution building, and leadership development.
Pravin holds a B.Com and LLB from Mumbai University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Management from Tata Dhan Academy. With 3.5 years of experience in community banking at DHAN Foundation, he further honed his skills as a Teach for India Fellow. Currently, he serves as a Transformational Teaching Fellow with Teach for India.
Mr Pravin Bhikale
Mr. Mahendra Kumawat
Mahendra a founding member of SEVA Foundation, holds a B.Com from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, an MSW from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Management from Tata Dhan Academy. With four years of NGO experience, he has worked extensively on women’s empowerment, tribal education, and climate-resilient agriculture with leading organizations like DHAN Foundation, Gram Vikas, and Hand in Hand India. Currently, he serves as a PVK Manager at Vrutti, focusing on animal husbandry development in Indore, MP.
